How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
- Express Delivery: Next working day (orders before 1:00 PM cut-off)
How much is delivery?
- Standard Delivery: £6.00
- Express Delivery: £10.00
- Orders over £100 enjoy Free Standard Delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.
Which courier do you use?
All deliveries are made via DHL.

Yes, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high demand periods.
