Delivery Policy

We aim to get your YONEX products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered via your selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
Express Delivery: Next working day (orders placed before cut-off time, e.g. 1:00 PM)

We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas

Some remote areas of Scotland may require additional delivery time.

This includes postcodes such as (but not limited to):

IV, KW, AB, PH, PA, HS, ZE

For these areas:

Delivery times may take 3–6 working days
Express next-day delivery may not be available or guaranteed depending on courier coverage
Customers will be notified if any delivery restrictions apply

Important Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
In accordance with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days, although we aim to deliver much sooner.
