Product Description

The YONEX JR 21 is designed for ambitious players at the height of 100-115cm (39-42in.). With it's lightweight, pre-strung frame and smaller grip, it’s easy to handle, helping young players improve their skills and technique. Perfect for boosting confidence, every swing brings them closer to mastering the game.

Using the correct training balls with junior racquets ensures young players develop skills safely and effectively.

Delivery Policy

We aim to get your YONEX products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered via your selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Express Delivery: Next working day (orders placed before cut-off time, e.g. 1:00 PM)

Delivery Costs

  • Standard Delivery: £6.00 per order
  • Express Next Day Delivery: £10.00 per order
  • Free Delivery: on orders over £100

We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

For these areas:

  • Delivery times may take 3–6 working days
  • Express next-day delivery may not be available or guaranteed depending on courier coverage

Important Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods).
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • In accordance with UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days, although we aim to deliver much sooner.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns Window

  • YONEX UK offers a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, you must request a return within this period, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
  • In addition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you choose to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition, with no signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection, and in their original packaging, which must be clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to reduce your refund where items show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit.

Important Notes

  • Returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference are at the customer’s expense.
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    • Customers may try on items to check fit, as they would in a shop. However, items must not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit. This includes but is not limited to: outdoor use, washing, damage, or visible wear. Items returned in a non-resalable condition may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount to reflect any loss in value.
  • Packaging Condition:
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, which forms part of the product presentation and resale value. Packaging must be:
      • clean and undamaged
      • free from tape, labels, writing, or stickers
      • not crushed or altered in any way
    • Returns received with damaged packaging (including tape applied directly to product boxes or courier labels attached to original packaging) may be rejected or subject to a deduction reflecting reduced resale value.
  • Certain items (e.g. custom-strung rackets) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • This returns policy only applies to orders placed directly through our official website (www.yonex.co.uk). If you purchased Yonex equipment from an authorised retailer (such as a local pro-shop or another online store), your contract of sale is with them. In this case, you must return the item directly to that retailer and their terms will apply. We cannot process returns or refunds for items bought through third-party sellers.
