An Se Young, a South Korean badminton prodigy, has had a remarkable career. She burst onto the international scene in 2017, winning the mixed team title at the Asian Junior Championships. In 2019, she clinched her first BWF World Tour title at the New Zealand Open, defeating the 2012 Olympic gold medalist Li Xuerui.
